Executive, SAP Solutions Support (SAP Support And Customer Pricing)

Purpose of The Role:
The incumbent will assist the SAP Solutions Support Assistant Manager in ensuring the effective utilization of the SAP system to meet client and customer requirements, particularly in inventory management transactions and customer pricing maintenance in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and operational teams on SAP system and customer pricing matters, supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Analyse data to identify potential issues and root causes and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective solutions.
- Respond to user enquiries related to system transactions and processes.
- Investigate and resolve transactional errors to ensure successful processing.
- Handle and resolve SIQ related matters related within the department.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within SAP as well as integrations with other platforms and system as required by regional and local teams.
- Responsible and accountable for customer pricing maintenance, bonus maintenance, customer mapping, quota maintenance, contract and quotation to ensure the requests from clients and customers are executed accurately.
- Proactively planning, managing and disseminating timely and accurate reports.
- Attends and participate in meetings, including cross-functional discussions, and support related projects when assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned when required.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have: (Maximum 4 points)
- Min Bachelor Degree in data analytics, supply chain or business admin with 4-6 years of relavant expereince
- Strong understanding of customer pricing maintenance, inventory transactions and related to end-to-end business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Communications skills (both verbal and written).
Advantage to Have:
- Proficiency in SAP systems (ECC and EWM).
- Experience in data management, including maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and transactions errors effectively.
