Purpose of The Role:

•    To manage Transportation and System related matters for all ZP warehouses. 
•    To provide insights and updates on time to related parties and personals 
•    Analysis and Prepare reports and performance review and identify the Gaps for improvements.

 

What You’ll Do: 

•    Be on top of FarEye compliance.
•    Analysis daily delivery data and prepare daily measurement / achievement /prepare monthly vendor performance.
•    Be on top of data crunching and provide Gap analysis.
•    Analyse reports and data gather from SAP and manual reports prepared with insights. 
•    Trouble shoot issues and take steps to make operations smooth.
•    Identify potential hiccups and make preventive actions.
•    Act as liaison with Transportation providers, Customer Service and Dispatch Team.
•    Leverage SAP system to research and resolve orders needed.
•    Track and Trace monitoring with daily reporting for order distribution and ensuring proper stocks movement and deliveries.
•    Provide recommendation for orders correction, PIC, Customer address and others.
•    Act as primary contact point for logistics needs.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have:

•    Microsoft Excell Knowledge – Advance level and Advance level in preparing charts base on analysis performed.
•    Data Crunching
•    Data analysis
•    Microsoft PowerPoint Knowledge – Advance Level.
