E-Payment Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Allocate A/R in the system as per documents received from E-Payment customer.
- Review and identify discrepancy between A/R balance and customer payment in system.
- Recheck the total A/R balance with the Accounting Department to ensure correctness.
- Filing the A/R allocation relevant documents.
- Confirm A/R E-payment outstanding balance whenever requested by a customer/audit.
- Preliminary identify high risk A/R balance and report to E-Payment Supervisor.
- Monitor & Follow up E-Payment customer who has long outstanding and overdue.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in filing and documentation will be an advantage.
- Good personality, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Carefully and Good Circumspect
- Experience in field audit would be an advantage.
