Purpose of The Role:
The Logistic Staff - Depuy is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of pharmaceutical inventory and the timely dispatch and receipt of goods. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the supply chain integrity for Depuy products, ensuring product availability, and supporting operational excellence within the logistics department.
What You'll Do:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of Depuy pharmaceutical products against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Accurately record and update inventory levels in the company's inventory management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory stock levels, flagging low stock items and items nearing expiry for replenishment or action.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal accessibility and safety of Depuy products
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch:
- Pick and pack Depuy pharmaceutical orders accurately based on customer requisitions or sales orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Coordinate with couriers and transportation providers for timely and safe delivery of Depuy products.
- Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status to relevant internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in generating reports on inventory status, stock movements, and other logistical activities related to Depuy products.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical logistics and storage.
Warehouse Operations:
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if applicable and trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for pharmaceutical products.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a logistics, warehousing, or inventory management role.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and their handling requirements (e.g., temperature control awareness).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for basic data tracking).
- Physical ability to lift and move goods as required for warehouse operations.Willingness and ability to be placed and work in Denpasar.
Advantage to Have:
- Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with specific inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) or Good Storage Practices (GSP).
- Forklift operator certification or experience.
