Purpose of the Role: 

The core purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end delivery process for ZP’s products by balancing operational efficiency with strict quality compliance.

  • Maintain total alignment with local regulations, quality policies, and international standards (GMP, GSDP, 5S, and SOPs).
  • Optimize daily route planning to consistently meet delivery schedules and transit timelines.
  • Deliver exceptional service through clear communication, proactive complaint resolution, and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Healthcare Product Delivery – Safely deliver products from warehouse to designated customers on schedule.

  • Route Planning & Coordination – Plan efficient routes and coordinate with drivers for timely deliveries.

  • Delivery Verification – Verify products, quantities, invoices, POs, delivery notes, and customer addresses.

  • Cold Chain Compliance – Monitor vehicle temperature and ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products.

  • Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure proper cargo stacking, vehicle hygiene, GMP, GSDP, 5S, and SOP compliance.

  • Documentation & POD – Complete transport documents, obtain signed PODs, and submit all records daily.

  • Cash & Financial Control – Handle cash collection and reconcile cash, invoices, and PODs with the supervisor.

  • Inventory & Return Management – Manage loading/unloading and properly handle returns, recalls, and damaged products.

  • Customer Service – Maintain professional communication and handle delivery-related customer concerns.

  • Reporting & Escalation – Provide real-time delivery updates and promptly escalate critical issues to the supervisor.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have: 

  • Experience & Logistics Knowledge - Any Bachelor degree holder with minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or related operations.
  • Delivery & Route Management – Good knowledge of warehouse operations, route planning, and geographic navigation.

  • Pharma & Quality Compliance – Understanding of cold chain, pharma logistics, 5S, GMP, GSDP, GDP, and ISO standards.

  • Material & Financial Handling – Skilled in handling equipment, cargo, cash collection, reconciliation, and payment control.

  • Safety & Communication – Strong focus on transport safety, vehicle housekeeping, documentation, and effective communication.

. Basic computer literacy including proficiency with email, internet navigation, and standard digital tools.
