Delivery Representative

Purpose of the Role: Delivery Representative

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage the transportation of ZPMM healthcare products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely delivery schedules and providing real-time status updates.
• Verify all outbound documents, including invoices, POs, and receipt numbers, ensuring all paperwork is complete, scanned, and accurately matched to delivery addresses.
• Conduct vehicle checks to ensure proper temperature limits, cleanliness, and the availability of necessary tools like pallets, trolleys, and packaging materials.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and organize vehicle loading (based on weight, height, and stacking standards) to facilitate first-in-first-out delivery flow.
• Strictly adhere to Cold Chain Management, GSDP, GMP, 5S, and SOP requirements to maintain the integrity of healthcare products throughout transit.
• Ensure all carton boxes are properly sealed and that correct products are delivered to the right customers while obtaining valid Proof of Delivery (POD).Oversee payment terms, cash collection, and credit processes, ensuring all collected funds and invoices are securely handed over to the team supervisor.
• Manage returns and recalls with prior authorization, and immediately report any damaged, contaminated, or quarantined goods to management.
• Maintain polite and effective communication with internal teams and clients, handling complaints promptly and escalating critical issues to the Transport Team Supervisor.
• Lead truck drivers in daily operations and remain flexible to handle additional tasks or new assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.

Must-Have:

• One year of professional experience in transportation or related fields, with a strong background in receiving, dispatching, and logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related fieldComprehensive knowledge of quality and safety standards, including 5S, GMP, GSDP, ISO, and Cold Chain Management, along with expertise in secure documentation and contaminated product handling.
• Skilled in route planning, communication, and financial controls (cash counting/handling), with proficiency in manual handling tools like hand-pallet jets and trolleys.
