Purpose of the Role:
What You’ll Do:
1.Ensuring the scanning of outbound documents – delivery route planning – matching of invoices, PO, delivery address and get ready to be delivered.
2.Ensuring the limit temperature and good housekeeping before loading the goods in the vehicle.
3.Ensuring the loading and unloading of goods and easy to arrange the delivery to the first order to the first customers and meeting the delivery schedule.
4.Ensuring the payment term – special instruction and cash collection or credit process.
5.Ensuring the correct products are to be delivered to the correct customers and receipt the proof of deliveries.
6.All the proof of delivery, invoices, and collected cash are properly controlled and hand-over to the transport team leader once arrived back to the warehouse.
7.Politely communicate with internal coworkers, clients, and external customers for any requirements – handle the complaints and immediately report to the transport team leader or operations manager for taking prompt actions.
8.Timely report every delivery status on the way and lead the truck driver to get things done.
9.Ensuring to report and confirm with the transport team leader for every return or recall before collection and hand-over the returned goods to the warehouse team.
10.All the damaged goods, quarantined goods, contaminated goods, and any suspect conditions are kept separately and immediately reported to the transport team leader.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
1.Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree holder .
2.One year of experience in transportation or related industrial fields
3.Reasonable knowledge of delivery routes and good communication skills.
4.Reasonable knowledge of cold chain products, contaminated products,5S, GMP, GSDP, ISO standards.
Advantage to Have:
1.Reasonable knowledge of English skills
2.Reasonable knowledge of computer, email, and internet skills
3.Complaint handling and good communication skills
4Good attitude and health – ability to lift reasonable loads for deliveries,Self-reliant, honest, hard-working, and under pressure
