Purpose of The Role:
As our Delivery Officer (Transport & Process Officer), you will oversee and manage daily transport operations and system integrations across our Singapore warehouses. You will act as the core link ensuring seamless product flow, tracking compliance, and extracting performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
1. Transport & System Management
-
- Manage all transportation and system-related matters across ZP warehouses to ensure seamless alignment of operations.
- Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues swiftly, taking immediate action to keep daily logistics running smoothly.
- Monitor operations closely to identify potential bottlenecks or hiccups early, implementing effective preventive actions.
- Leverage the SAP system to research, track, and resolve order discrepancies as needed.
- Review and recommend immediate updates/corrections for delivery orders, PIC details, customer addresses, and dispatch routings.
2. Track, Trace & Compliance

- Be "on top" of FarEye compliance, ensuring our digital tracking systems are fully adopted and utilised.
- Actively monitor daily order distributions and track-and-trace metrics, ensuring proper stock movements and reliable deliveries.
3. Data Analytics & Insights

- Run daily data extraction and data-crunching routines to identify operational gaps and provide meaningful gap analysis.
- Analyse daily delivery data to prepare performance metrics, achievement logs, and monthly vendor performance scorecards.
- Analyse and synthesise reports generated from both SAP and manual logs, translating them into valuable operational insights.
- Present polished reports, performance reviews, and gap analyses to leadership to drive strategic logistics improvements.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Provide accurate, on-time delivery updates, insights, and critical progress reports to all relevant internal and external personnel.
- Act as the main bridge and contact point between third-party Transportation Providers, Customer Service, and the internal Dispatch Team to coordinate all logistics needs.
Must-Have:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in transport planning, control tower operations, or logistics dispatch.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or a GDP-compliant environment is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP, TMS, EPOD, and FarEye (or similar GPS tracking/fleet management systems).
- Advanced Excel skills (proficient in handling big data, preparing analytics, and building formulas/charts).
- Solid proficiency in MS PowerPoint to prepare visual, easy-to-read business presentations.
- Basic knowledge of logistics-related accounting.
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong time management, planning, and execution capabilities.
