Delivery Assistant

Purpose of The Role: Responsible for daily delivery operations, including stock movement, deliver products on time, cargo handling, documentation, and system updates, ensuring accurate COD, returns, and POD submissions while meeting OTIF standards. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Responsible for daily delivery service, including stock movement and loading activities
• Manage delivery orders after dispatch and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Handle cargo receipt documentation and ensure proper record-keeping before return to warehouse.
• Maintain real-time updates in the Fareye system to support delivery tracking and transparency
• Monitor and ensure timely performance of one-time COD, returns and POD submissions, meeting OTIF standards

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

• F.3 graduate or above with 1 year working experience
• Able to read English and Chinese addresses in Hong Kong
• Proactive and able to work independently

Advantage to Have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food warehouse environments is a strong advantage
