Purpose of The Role:
Maintain and ensure the update information correctly enabling the company information system to run smoothly.
Support the logistics operation and co-ordinate with regional and local IT in order to get the Principals and users the required information.
What You’ll Do: (Maximum 10 points)
- Set up an account on SAP for new customers.
- Edit name and address of the customers.
- Set up new material on SAP.
- Set sales matrix for the new account.
- Set up price and bonus contract.
What Will Make You Successful:
Excel Skills
Must-Have: (Maximum 4 points)
- All information in the database is 100% accurate, complete and up-to-date.
- Provide on time reports and information to the Principals and the users whenever they require.
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Male or Female with age of over 22 Years
- Good computer skill and basic knowledge of database system would be advantage
- Able to type in English and Thai
