DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recall present customers about product messages that sales representatives provided via telephone calls
  • Accurately provide product information requested by customers, or contact related parties/supervisors if the required information is not available, to ensure customers receive accurate and complete information.
  • Influence customers to buy or retain products or services by following a script to effectively present product references and information
  • In vacant areas, make telephone calls to customers to sell responsible products.
  • Submit reports to the Supervisor according to the agreed template and timeline, ensuring sufficient data and information for further actions.
  • Efficiently prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans under the supervision of the Supervisor.
  • Partner with the Sales Team and Customer Service Team to learn product knowledge, prepare scripts, practice communication skills, and use related applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualification:

  • Thai NationalBachelor’s degree in Social Science, Language Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales/marketing is preferable
  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and self-confidence
  • Be responsible, patient, and able to handle pressure
  • Fair command of English
