Purpose of the Role: 

  • Support and assist Market Compliance Lead to carry out Compliance initiatives.  To support risk management of the commercialization team in addressing ever changing expectations of our clients and prospective new clients.  To further enhance Zuellig Pharma Compliance culture and maintain its leadership as the industry standard on Ethics and Compliance.

 

What You’ll Do :

  • Work closely with different internal and external stakeholders to support Compliance related initiatives
  • Translation of global/regional rolled out policies and training to adopt for local roll out.
  • Support in market Face to Face training for new joiners and ZP Commercialization brand teams
  • Provide high level compliance related consultation and support to cross functional teams
  • Monitoring and review of local activities, and report any findings to Compliance lead
  • Suggest and carry our CAPA actions on monitoring findings.
  • Drafting of local policy change or compliance related announcements
  • Third party compliance day to day management on new vendor due diligence and yearly renewals
  • Support in the risk Assessment and management of the Commercialization business unit
  • Support on various complaince tasks related to the following areas investigations, data privacy etc.

 

What will make you successful:

 

Must-Have:

  • Work Experience: 5 years related working experience
  • Education Level: A Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business Administration
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of risk management and compliance. Use of values and principles based decision making.  Interpretation of written standards and procedures.  Basic understanding of Microsoft
  • Office tools such as powerpoint, word, and excel.
  • Language: Excellent command of English and Mandarin on writing and oral communication

 

Advantage to Have:

  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Able to work independently and strong team worker.
  • Experience in Pharma activities monitoring.
  • Able to track CAPAs and carry out CAPA actions
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or retail industry is preferred
