Purpose of The Role:
To support the successful execution of a regional compliance initiative by conducting contract reviews and ensuring operational practices align with client commitments.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform review of selected client contracts to identify key clauses covering ZP’s responsibilities on governance, compliance, safety, and quality.
- Conduct reviews using advanced AI agents, paired with manual double-checking to ensure total accuracy.
- Partner with relevant functions in each ZP market to identify current policies and practices related to the identified key clauses.
- Produce comprehensive gap analyses comparing contract requirements against active local practices/implementations.
- Collaborate with relevant regional and local functions to align identified gaps with client contract requirements.
- Consolidate gap analyses, provide regular status updates, and ensure active remediation of all gaps to the regional Project Manager.
Must-Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law, Legal Studies, Corporate Compliance, or an MBA/Master's degree with a legal focus.
- Highly proficient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing commercial contract clauses.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in contract review, legal administration, or compliance auditing, with a strong ability to interpret and extract key clauses.
- Able to commit to a 6-month to 1-year internship duration.
