Compliance Analyst (Internship - 6 months)

Purpose of The Role:
To ensure that Zuellig Pharma's operational practices are aligned with client contractual obligations by reviewing contracts, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating remediation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform review of selected client contracts to identify key clauses covering ZP’s responsibilities on governance, compliance, safety, and quality.
- Review will be conducted using AI agents and double-checking manually
- Collaborate with relevant functions in each ZP market to identify current policies and practices related to the identified key clauses
- Produce gap analysis between contract and practice/implementation
- Collaborate with relevant functions to align the above gaps to the client contract requirements
- Consolidate gap analysis, provide status updates, and ensure remediation of all gaps to regional Project Manager

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Must-Have:
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree graduates with legal background and/or proficient in understanding and analyzing contract clauses
