Purpose of the Role: The Commercial Excellence Manager is a strategic role responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, implement and improvement of SFE, as CS compliance champion, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to drive business strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do :
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and HR to implement new processes.
- Optimizing existing sales processes and policies
- Sales Force Effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
- Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative KPIs for physician, pharmacy and specialty FFs across the different BUs and provide the regular reports to BUs, regions, leadership team and GM.
- Sales performance and incentive
- Develop, upgrade and monitor FF incentive systems which align strategic company and BU objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes.
- Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity
- Compliance lead/Champion
- Cooperate local and regional compliance related departments to enroll and implement compliance projects such as IHCP policy.
- Analysis: Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making
- Sales Automation: Align with region, ZPI IT & SA for sales automation project, e.g., eZRx, sales reporting, Sales 360, etc.
- MCE Execution: Support in developing and implementing multi-channel solutions and tools within Veeva platform , monitoring and analyzing customer engagement and channel performance to meet pre-defined KPIs and proposing actions where needed and supporting sales force management to implement agreed actions
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- BSc/MSc in in medical, pharmacy, life science or business
- 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceuticals commercial roles, and minimum 1 years of successful track record in sales or marketing, and 2+ years of sales manager/ Associate product manager experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships.
- An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
- Excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Good skill in operating Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc) Fluency in English reading, writing and spoken.
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management

- Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce.
