Purpose of the Role:
The In-Transit Supervisor manages end-to-end monitoring and control of all shipments from National Distribution Center (NDC) to 22 branch warehouses across Indonesia
What You'll Do:
The role functions as the central control tower for inbound and mid‑mile movement, ensuring:
- Real‑time shipment visibility
- High OTIF/OTD performance
- Rapid issue resolution
- Risk mitigation
- Strong coordination with internal teams and transport vendors
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in transportation/logistics, ideally within pharmaceutical or temperature‑sensitive distribution
- Strong skills in transport monitoring, data management, TMS usage, Excel reporting,
- Experienced in preparing performance reports, dashboards, and exception reports
- Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor performance management skills
- Adaptable, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset.
