Purpose of The Role:

Proposes return of substandard and expired goods to Clients through administration paperworks and according to each’s client Return Goods Policy to reclaim assets of returnable goods.

What You’ll Do:

• Create substandard and expired goods return proposals to clients according to Return Goods Policy and agreed time
• Negotiate return handover process regarding approval from clientsCreate return proposals recap monthly in excel
• Ensure documents completion requested by clients to propose return
• Coordinate with PIC in branch regarding required documents for return proposal

What Will Make You Successful:

• Must-Have:Posses Bachelor Degree (any major)
• Good Communication skills, Technical Skills, and Collaboration

Advantage to Have:

• Can operate M. Office (intermediate level) and familiar with SAP
• Negotiation skill
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Flexibility to be available after normal business hours when required to ensure operational success
