Purpose of The Role: The Channel Activation Executive position to achieve the marketing objectives (share of market / growth) and profitability (operating margin) by implementing promotional plans within agreed budget by helping achieve the targets as planned in the budget for the assigned brand(s) / Products.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and manage contracts for all assigned stores in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage production timelines, installation, and set-up to ensure on-time delivery and execution.• Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure planograms are properly implemented in stores and monitor performance on a monthly basis.
• Consolidate picture reports and required documentation, and coordinate with Finance to process payments accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Sales teams and trade shop owners to ensure smooth execution of in-store activities and fulfillment of agreed requirements

• Trade Marketing Execution: Ability to manage in-store activation, POSM deployment, and planogram compliance across multiple outlets.
• Project & Timeline Management: Capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, installations, and deliverables are met.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Strong coordination skills to work effectively with suppliers, sales teams, shop owners, and internal functions.
• Reporting & Documentation Accuracy: Attention to detail in consolidating picture reports, contracts, and payment documents with minimal errors.
Commercial & Analytical Competencies
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: Ability to monitor monthly performance, identify execution gaps, and provide practical follow-up actions.
• Budget & Cost Control Awareness: Basic understanding of budget tracking, cost efficiency, and compliance with approved spending.
Behavioral & Soft Skills
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Clear communication with internal teams and external partners to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Problem-Solving & Execution Mindset: Proactive in identifying on-ground issues and driving solutions to ensure smooth implementation.
• Ownership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for end-to-end execution, from preparation to completion and reporting.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Able to handle changing priorities, field challenges, and tight timelines in a fast-moving environment.
What Will Make You Successful:
• Knowledge of Retail / Trade Environment: Familiarity with pharmacy, baby shop, or general trade operations.
• Basic Digital & System Skills: Comfortable using Excel, reporting tools, and internal approval systemsCore Functional Competencies
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree of any course or preferably bachelor’s degree related to sales & marketing
- 1 - 2-year of experience in sales especially in FMCG industry
