Purpose of the role:
The Wave & Replenishment Specialist serves as the process compliance and inventory flow custodian of the Cebu Distribution Center, ensuring that warehouse operations are executed in accordance with approved SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role is accountable for identifying and resolving operational issues, including process deviations and inventory discrepancies, monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs, and orchestrating wave picking release and replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and service levels. Through close coordination with Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Client stakeholders, the position drives operational discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement to support the safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing, product handling requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Preferred.
