Purpose of the Role
The Platform Staff is responsible for receiving finished goods, sorting, consolidating, and dispatching packages, as well as receiving RUDs, trade returns, and related documents. The role supports the achievement of customer fulfillment and service objectives while ensuring compliance with Quality Management System requirements, Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices and Diagnostics (GDPMDD), and other regional guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Receive finished goods and ensure accurate documentation and proper handling.
- Sort and consolidate products for efficient warehouse operations and distribution.
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
- Receive and process Returned Undelivered Deliveries (RUDs) and trade returns.
- Receive, validate, and file operational and delivery-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper product handling and storage practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and dispatch areas.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned.
