Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the Treasury Operation Manager in:
1. Perform Daily/Weekly/ Monthly payment according to due date/ payment schedule:
- Classify payment voucher according to due date of payment
- Check and net of guarantee invoice to supplier invoice (if any)
- Complete set of documents for payment preparation (Cash Voucher, Invoice, PO, CAPEX and others)
- Run payment proposal and ensure completeness of data interface to bank system.
- Prepare cheque payment or complete T/T application form (for BathNet)
- Manage to get appropriate approval of bank authorizers within timeline.
2. Liase with supplier and centralize for payment information
3. Maintain cheque register (cheque manual book-cheque number pre-printed) and cheque report (cheque number auto generated from system)
4. Ensure correctness of withholding tax deduction and monitor to get copy withholding tax certificate from bank and related functions.
5. Issue manual withholding certificates
6. Check withholding tax certificates against withholding tax payable report.
7.Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience as Accounting Staff in MNC
- Good command of English
- Knowledge in SAP
