CN Exchange Bill Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with AR Team, Problem Bill Team, CS, Principal and related section on RCN and manual bill request and issued CN and new invoice and update status in share drive.
- Managing RCN and manual Bill request on hand until issued Credit note and new invoice.
- Perform re-invoice as request as per SOP in solving problem.
- Helping team to support on clean up long outstanding invoice under Provision.
- Support all request and feedback to all related within timeframe.
- Other duties as assigned by Bill Control & Problem Bill Manager.
- Share drive for credit note and new invoice by daily.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Billing preparation, Credit Note process, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in Credit Note processing.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good personality; careful, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
