Purpose of The Role:

  • Support administrative activities for the Sales team.
  • Assist the Business Support Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

What You’ll Do: 

1. Sales Administration

  • Advise on financial governance for sales operations, including expense control, budget alignment, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing procurement and payment processes to ensure efficiency and transparency.
  • Guide the development of standardized documentation frameworks for quotations, proposals, and contracts to enhance consistency and compliance.
  • Advise on best practices for resource planning, including office logistics, travel arrangements, and inventory management for promotional materials and tools.
  • Recommend strategies for organizing sales events and maintaining systematic filing systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on financial forecasting and accrual planning to support accurate reporting and compliance.

2. Other Tasks

  • Offer advisory support for reporting and ad-hoc requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
  • Recommend process improvements for administrative workflows to enhance agility and scalability.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

  • University/college graduate.
  • Experience in event organization.
  • Good knowledge and skills in office management.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Good appearance, tidiness, punctuality, carefulness, attention to detail, and ability to create a positive impression with colleagues, customers, principals, and guests.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Preferably good at English.
  • Experience in event organization.
  • Good knowledge and skills in office management.
  • Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
