Posting Start Date:  Oct 20, 2026
Location:

Zuellig Pharma is a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, and our purpose is to make healthcare more accessible to the communities we serve. We provide world-class distribution, digital, and commercial services to support the growing healthcare needs in this region.
The company was started a hundred years ago and has grown to become a multibillion-dollar business covering 17 markets with over 12,000 employees. Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Purpose of the Role: The BI Manager owns the reporting and analysis that the commercial organization depends on the KPI definitions, the dashboards, the data quality behind them, and the insight drawn from them. The role serves Zuellig Pharma's Commercialization and Distribution business units across the Taiwan and Hong Kong cluster. The role sets how performance is measured in the market, keeps the reporting estate maintainable, and turns recurring questions from the business into standard products.

What You’ll Do:

• Dashboards & Reporting Products: Gather dashboard requirements from local and regional stakeholders, translate them into specifications, and build and maintain the reports and dashboards so they stay available, fast and documented.

• Data Collection & Integration: Manage and run the extract, transform and load (ETL) processes and data monitoring across internal and external sources: mapping, cleaning, modelling, and cross-checking. Monitor sources daily so that refresh failures and data issues are caught early and fixed/escalated the same day.
• Market Insight, Analysis & Forecasting: Combine internal transactional data with external market data (e.g., IQVIA, market audits, trade data) to generate insights for leadership. Provide market analysis to marketing and business development (including new business proposals) and run sales/tender forecast models with confidence levels.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Build and run the data checks and reconciliation that keep reporting accurate, work with data owners to resolve issues at source, and monitor the data warehouse daily for collection and accuracy.
• KPI Architecture & Metric Governance: Define the commercial KPIs with the department heads and maintain a single repository of metric definitions so that every report uses the same logic. Standardize business metadata and calculation rules across platforms.
• Data for Reviews & Client Reporting: Provide the validated data and analysis that feed commercial reviews and client reporting, to the agreed templates and deadlines.
• Adoption, Self-Service & Regional Collaboration: Drive adoption of dashboards through launch communications and training. Build self-service reporting capabilities to enable users to answer routine questions. Partner with regional BI and other functions to develop and roll out new BI projects locally.
• Distribution Analytics: Maintain the channel, SKU, and trade analytics the Distribution business unit needs, and keep that capacity available to it.
• Data Protection: Protect commercial and confidential data by following the access protocols and the company information protection policy.
• Method Quality & Coaching: Document the standards, review analyst output and coach on technique.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics, business intelligence, or commercial data roles. Proven experience owning a reporting estate. Strong experience consolidating data from unstructured or inconsistent sources.
• Functional Knowledge and Tools:

-Enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Google Looker).
-SQL and data models; data warehouse administration and data quality practices.
-Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Python.
-Familiarity with external market data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Euromonitor).
• Language: Business-fluent English, written and spoken; the local market language as required.
