Brand Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for existing and new product launches within the assigned franchise, including brand strategy, operational plans, demand forecasts, and budget management to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns, brand assets, events, and promotional programs aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Optimize resource allocation across brands by evaluating investment effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
- Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build and sustain brand competitiveness and market leadership.
- Monitor market trends and analyse relevant data, including sales performance, IQVIA data, customer offtake, retail audits, and shopper insights, to identify opportunities for market expansion, business development, and innovation initiatives.
- Strengthen customer and consumer engagement through digital platforms and evaluate the effectiveness of digital strategies and campaigns.
- Provide marketing support to sales teams through product knowledge training, disease area education, and Key Opinion Leader engagement and management.
- Promote and uphold organisational core values in all daily responsibilities and stakeholders interactions.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year of product management or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing ethical pharmaceutical brands is required; experience managing multiple brands within a portfolio will be an advantage.
- Strong communicating, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management, sales teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
- Good understanding of consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
