Purpose of The Role: To develop and implement brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual budgets for assigned CHC brand(s), aligning with local market insights and regional strategic guidance. The role will drive growth by conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives across all marketing channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual budgets for assigned CHC brand(s), aligning with local market insights and regional strategic guidance. Conduct market analysis, consumer research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Channel Management & Distribution Excellence: Drive aggressive distribution and visibility across all relevant channels, including Drugstore, modern trade (e.g., Watsons, Boots, Big-C), CVS (e.g., 7-11, CJ), general trade, and online platforms. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure effective in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Digital & Influencer Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of robust digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce, social media, and online advertising. Manage and optimize influencer marketing programs, with proven experience working with celebrities and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand engagement and sales. Leverage e-commerce platforms to maximize online presence, sales, and consumer reach.
- ATL & BTL Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns, managing creative agencies, media planning, and promotional activities to deliver strong ROI.
- P&L Management & Performance Tracking: Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor brand performance against KPIs, analyse results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong background in Consumer Healthcare Products / Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Proven track record of driving brand growth in OTC / modern trade channels (e.g., Watsons, Boots, Big C) / CVS (e.g., 7-11, CJ).
- Demonstrable expertise in social media, influencer marketing (especially with celebrities/KOLs), and e-commerce.
Advantage to Have:
- Experience in the Thailand market is essential.
