The Impact You Will Make (In Future Associate/Product Manager Roles)  

Once a matching opportunity opens, a typical day as a Product Manager will empower you to: 

• Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive product success and market growth. 

• Translate Strategy into Action: Convert long-term plans into actionable cycle plans in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Medical teams. 

• Drive Business Performance: Manage financial outcomes including forecasting, inventory planning, and A&P budget allocation to achieve strong results. 

• Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with external customers, key stakeholders, and partners. 

• Guide and Influence Teams: Provide direction and mentorship to marketing team members in executing brand strategies and initiatives. 

• Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a key liaison across commercialization teams, clients, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. 

• Leverage Insights for Growth: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and data to develop informed, high-impact strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of direct marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 

• Proven ability to independently manage brand strategy, pricing, and market research initiatives. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. 

Advantage to Have: 

• Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Commercial Excellence roles.
