Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Purpose of The Role: Responsible for overseeing quality assurance in secondary repackaging, ensuring the entire repacking process complies with GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards, while supporting audits, maintaining quality systems, and driving continuous improvement to safeguard product integrity and customer trust.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily in-process quality checks and QA activities on the secondary repackaging production line, ensuring full compliance with GMP and internal standards
- Oversee QA responsibilities related to secondary repackaging, including the product specifications, documentation control, and material release
- Manage and implement quality systems to ensure adherence with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in regulatory inspections, internal and external audits, and other quality-related visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer product quality complaints
- Ensure accurate and complete quality documentation and records are maintained in accordance with internal procedures and the quality management system
- Support any other ad hoc duties as assigned
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Degree or above with over 5 years of related experience in quality control or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent
Advantage to Have:
- With work experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical is preferable
- Familiar with local applicable regulations ISO 9001/GMP/GSDP is an advantage
