Purpose of the Role: This position will assist Marketing Manager to undertake day-to-day marketing activities update and implement the marketing strategies and plan. They are responsible for preparing an innovative and quality marketing plan and exploring any business opportunity to achieve company’s objectives.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist marketing manager on implementing and monitoring all marketing activities for principals business.
  • Evaluate performance against goals and identify areas for improvement to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the sales budget to be achieved with approved budget.
  • Follow up long and short terms marketing strategies, plans and programs.
  • Ensure the sales budget to be achieved with approved budget.
  • Have good rapport with assigned principals.
  • Prepare an innovative and quality marketing or consultant service to explore any business opportunity with potential principals.
  • Evaluate performance against goals and implements improvements where required.
  • Keep abreast of overall market requirements and particulars in major sales efforts when desirable.
  • Develop detailing pieces, brand name reminders, educational leaflets when necessary.
  • Organize local scientific seminar, speaker programs or educational talk when necessary.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have:

  • Territory education or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing sector.
  • Solid experience in key account management and marketing communication.
  • Good team player who collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Solid and strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Good analytical skill and sensible to data
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Including Cantonese)

  • Able to express ideas in clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
