What You’ll Do: 

  • Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for the Commercial Lead and Consumer healthcare team.

  • Manage sales data mapping, system uploads, and prepare sales performance templates.

  • Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure date accuracy.

  • Track, consolidate, and report marketing activation results.

  • Coordinate promotional materials and provide marketing administrative support.

  • Monitor daily sales operations and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal processes.

  • Manage calendars, shedule meetings, book appointments, and coodinate travel arrangements for the Commercial Lead and Consumer healthcare team.

  • Organize internal meetings, team events, and department offsites, including logistics arrangements.

  • Process expense claims and perform travel related expense reconciliation.

  • Oversee office administration, including stationery and pantry inventory.

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and perform invoice reconciliation.

  • Coordinate shipping documentation and liaise with vendors on operational matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Zuellig Pharma’s ISO procedures, policies and Code of Conduct.

 

Must-Have: 

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in secretarial, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably within a fast-paced sales, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, takes initiative, and is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
