Purpose of the Role:

To provide leadership and coordination in the areas of accounting, auditing, and taxation for the Principal Team. Ensure that all accounting practices comply with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and Regional Office requirements, while continuously enhancing financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

 

What You’ll Do :

 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Principal Accounting Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and client charges in accordance with contractual terms (PIP).
  • Provide financial support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams, auditors, tax authorities, government officials, and principals.
  • Ensure all financial transactions and processes comply with local regulations and corporate accounting policies and standards.
  • Review and supervise the maintenance of master data (e.g., principal vendor / customer records, service material codes, and pricing information, margin table).
  • Supervise accounting, income tax, and other tax-related matters for one subsidiary.
  • Design and enhance operational workflows for new and existing clients.
  • Support the implementation of special projects and corporate initiatives.

 

Must-Have:

  • University graduate, major in accounting or finance
  • At least 6 years work experience in multi-national company, including 2-year audit experience in CAP firm
  • At least 3 years in supervision level Good written and spoken in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure

 

Advantage to Have:

  •  Familiar with SAP or Ariba system is advantage
