Account Receivable Executive (4-Month Contract)

Purpose of the Role: This 4-month contract role provides essential maternity leave coverage by managing daily Accounts Receivable workflows, client collections, and accounting operations to ensure uninterrupted cash flow and operational continuity for the Credit & Collection team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) process, including preparing monthly statements of accounts and issuing receipts.
- Ensure timely payment collection by proactively liaising and following up with our customers.
- Perform routine daily accounting operations, accurate data entry, and maintain systematic digital/physical filing systems.
- Handle outdoor banking and postal duties on an as-needed basis.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and administrative support as assigned.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- With over 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Responsible, detail-minded, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
Advantage to Have:
- Holder of LCCI Level 1 / Level 2 qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP software is a plus.
