(Senior) ETC Product Manager

Purpose of The Role:
Responsible for existing and newly launched products by developing strategies that will build a value proposition with competitive advantages. Analyze business performance including revenue, OP, marketing KPIs and determine which strategies will be successful. Provide go-to-market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with BD team to capture future opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in close collaboration with the commercial sales division and internal & external cross-functional teams, aligning with regional brand growth strategies.
- Drive key business objectives including sales targets, net profit, demand forecasting, pricing, and budget management.
- Contribute to expanding the company’s commercial presence and market share through the successful positioning and growth of our brand portfolio.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a deep understanding of marketing programs and take ownership of product/sales training.
- Work closely with regional marketing team to align brand strategy.
- Develop and enhance key customer relationships and partnerships.
- Provide go-to-market strategy, market intelligence and insight in collaboration with business development team in healthcare industry.
- Work on multiple topics concurrently with tight deadlines from current business and new BD projects.
- Ensure all promotional activities are fully compliant.
Must-Have:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/sales experience in ETC sector, with at least 3 years of dedicated ETC marketing experience
- Language : Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Skills : MS PowerPoint and the analysis of market research data.
- Personal :
- Results-driven mindset with strong strategic business planning and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- High sense of urgency and ownership in executing tasks and managing responsibilities.
Advantage to Have:
- Experience :
- Experience in new product launches and multi-channel marketing within the pharmaceutical (ETC) industry is preferred
- Experience in OBGYN/Oncology therapeutic area is preferred
